Facilities Maintenance Manager

The selected candidate will complete a variety of facilities maintenance duties in order to ensure proper functioning of facilities including; knowledge of cooling and heating system and maintaining and repairing such, insures security of buildings and employees, fixes basic plumbing problems,works with vendors and ordering supplies, general construction work, general janitorial work, moving furniture, maintains the outdoor property with snow removal, mowing and basic landscaping projects, loads and unloads trucks, light electrical repairs and assists in other areas as needed.
