News Briefs - Heartland Communications Group, Inc.

Heartland Communications Group, Inc. is excited to announce that Twin Rivers Media has purchased what was commonly called the "Recreation (Rec) Division." During the last several weeks Joe and Gale have negotiated what they believe was a mutually beneficial transaction whereby Gale's ownership interest in Heartland was exchanged for the "Rec Division" and associated services. Gale then formed Twin Rivers.

Joe and Gale both felt strongly that the "Rec Division" has great potential, but it would take the focus of separate ownership and investment to realize that success. Since Gale started and has such a great passion for these products it was a natural fit. Twin Rivers will be re-locating their offices to a new location in approximately two weeks. Heartland knows that they will have nothing but great success.

Finally, Gale McKinney continues to be the President and CFO of Heartland Communications and will work with Pat Van Arnam to direct the Company's future success.
