help locate missing kids
Heartland Communications Group, Inc. has teamed with the,
“National Center for Missing and Exploited Children,”
to help locate missing children. Heartland Communications
launched this campaign to help bring missing children home.
We know that one in six children is recovered as a direct
result of someone recognizing that child’s photo and
notifying authorities.
Last year
alone, Heartland Communications mailed 8,774,601 publications
to the various industries it serves: aviation, heavy construction
equipment, industrial machines, agriculture, and outdoor recreation.
In it’s search for a way to “give back”
to the communities it serves, the company will partner with
their client base to publish photographs and information on
missing children in all their magazines which will be distributed
nationwide through their extensive database. Funds generated
from this affiliation will be forwarded to the national Center
for Missing & Exploited Children to help in their search
to locate missing children.
Plans
are also underway to link all of Heartland’s websites
to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children’s
website (www.missingkids.com)
to see additional faces of missing children.
