To Netscape 3.x users
People running 3.x generation browsers, especially Netscape Navigator, will encounter an error message when trying to connect securely to secure websites. The error occurs because the secure key certificate these older browsers contain has expired and must be renewed. Netscape recommends that you upgrade your browser to a newer version. This is a free download and can be found by clicking on the following link:

Netscape Upgrade

If you upgrade using the link above, you can ignore the instructions below. If you choose not to upgrade, you can follow the instructions below which may help you access this site. It does not update your root CA certificate, however.

The order form you are accessing is protected by Secure Sockets Layers encryption to allow for secure processing of credit card information.
If you are using Netscape Navigator version 3.x, you may experience difficulties accessing this secure order form. If so, you will need to change a small item in your browser. These instructions are specifically for v.3.01, but should carry over to other 3.x versions with minimal changes.
1. From the Options menu on Netscape Navigator, choose "Security Preferences".
2. Next you should see four tabs, General, Passwords, Personal Certificates, Site Certificates.
3. If the General tab is not already in front, click on it.
4.  In the lower part of this screen you will see the letters "SSL". Underneath this there are two choices: Be sure that only "Enable SSL v.2" is checked. If "Enable SSL v.3" is also checked, click in the box to uncheck it.

You should now be able to return to the previous page (use your back button) and access the secure order form.
